What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Tennessee. Have hired plumber to do plumbing for new house. He wrote up contract with certain amount for rough work and so much for finish. He did rough in work and was paid. Now I'm ready for finish work so I can close on house. He is putting me off. Am I obligated to his contract or can I find another plumber to finish work. How long do I have to wait on him. Can I find someone else without worrying about being sued by him...Thanks
