What is the name of your state? MI
i got a contract/guarantee when i bought my car, says in there, i must take proper care of it such as putting oil in it and such. but it also said they had taken it to be checked out by a mechanic before i bought it. it has a bad oil leak which i knew about prior to purchasing it and is stated in the contract. i failed to put oil in it and i ruined the car through no fault of the previous owner , i just plain forgot. but i found out that they really didnt take it to a mechanic...so my question is can i sue him and get my $$ back even though it wasnt their fault it broke?
