I purchased a car in October 1999 from a used car dealer, and it had 28,900+ miles on the odometer. I just did a Carfax check, and found out at one time it had over 60,000 miles on it in 1998.
Even though I just found out about it, do I still have a case, or did stature of limitations take effect?
