Ok i live in eastern Nevada, I fell 30 days behind on my truck payment, two days ago they called and told me that they are comming to repo my 2001 Dodge ram! Can they legaly come and get it now after the payments have been mailed off 6 days ago? The check still has not cleared, don't they have to give me 45 days to pay the past due ammount? PLEASE HELP ME TOMORROW IS THE DAY THEY ARE COMMING, they did not send me a letter telling me, instead they called me and was a bunch of jerks about it!
