What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
I am in the process of refinancing my vehicle through an online refinance company. I have checked out the company and they are reputable. My question is, is there a reason that I should have to sign a Power of Attorney form as part of the refinancing? The only thing I can think of is that the company is based in California and I am in Wisconsin so I would not be there for the "closing" of the loan. Can anyone help?
