What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

I sent a panaramic photo to a printer in NJ to print out some posters. It's been about a year since then and I found out that they put my poster on the wall in front of there store (w/o my permission). They also have sold a bunch of these posters and personalized them for different clients of theirs. I did not give them permission or have any idea that they were doing any of this till now. What can I do?

I called the guy and he said that he sold 2 of them (I heard it was more). He said he sold them for $50 each. I told him that I wanted $100 then b/c he had no right selling them. He told me to call a lawyer.

Also I don't have an official copywrite on my photo, although I am in the process of doing so. It is a panoramic photo that was composed of about 20 photos that I manipulated into 1. I do have all those original photos and he does not.
