private car sales fraud by aunt

What is the name of your state?WA, I bought an aunts car that she said she owned and had the title, we signed a written agreement concerning payments, price and title handover she didn't hand over the title on the last payment as agreed. I just found out it's because she used that vehicle for collateral to get a loan. Am gonna lose that money or can I take legal action?

My response:

Hey, you've got a great family!

You are both idiots. You didn't ask to see the title, and she didn't use your payments to pay off the loan. What a terrific bunch you guys are!

Yes, you certainly can. Take that written agreement, and proof of payments right into small claims court and sue her.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

this lady

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First off, I would from now on refer to her as "this lady" rather than "my aunt" and take her off my xmas card list.

Second, what do you have in writing with "that lady"?

Yes, I can certainly see now, that my reply was not helpfull.

paridise: no disrespect intended.

Ironically, the richest people on the planet can become the poorest (on paper), but you'd never know it. Forbes should compile a list of those deepest in the hole to make us all feel a little better. Donald Trump, for instance, has been in some pretty deep places due to his "business acumen".

HUH? What does my disclaimer have to do with this post?

Your disclaimer had a whimsical quality about it. Again, I apologize for my whimsical response, which, indeed had nothing to do with the original post, only your disclaimer.

Hopefully I won't get a post from Donald Trump also.

Hey, paridise, or whatever. I revoke my apology after viewing your very odd response to some person who picked a screen name close to yours.

I don't think there's any chance anyone could confuse you with a normal person, so leave the guy alone.

Your apology is revoked at no extra charge.

What else did you say?
