The school we attend surprised us with the renewal of our contract in December instead of April which is when we had renewed in the past.
It had the air of urgency, "to save our childs spot for next year" so we signed.
The due date of payment on the contract says payment is due by the 10th, which is when I paid it. Now they are saying the due date has changed to the 5th and must be auto deducted from our checking acct/credit card or paid all up front. Are they allowed to just make changes like that. Are they not also bound by this contract ?
