What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

Hello, I sold a vehicle in Nebraska and took it to Florida. The guy signed the title and now wants to return it. He states that it is not what was agreed upon. We told him what was wrong with the car and he still bought it without looking at it in person. He did not say anythng about when he signed the title nor did he call us to let us know there was a problem. What legal rights does he have to get his money back.

Unless you provided a specific warranty, the vehicle was sold "as-is" Tell him to enjoy his vehicle.
