Hello,

If on the homepage of a site is written, that for example "we promise that if your order this product you will lose weight" and when the user buy the product accept an agreement that says that the site “do not guarantee any results” and that “This agreement cancels all previous understandings, promises and commitments”, will the consumer have the legal basis to seek a compensation if hi hasn’t lost nothing?

:)

Yes, this is for US based website.

I just wondering is it possible to cancel all promises written on the site by such an agreement :)
