I had bought a satilite system with the promise (in writting) that there would be a refund of $100.00 on the system and $140.00 on the installation. I completed my obligations but never received the refund.
Everytime I call the customer service to find out where my refund is (if I get a agent)they claim they are understaffed and the check will be in the mail in two weeks. That was four calls ago and 5 months.
I have now left the message (and sent a letter) that I am sending the system back and insist on a full refund because they did not complete there agreement. Still not a word back.
The corporate office is in North Carolina. The sell to me was by phone on a 800 number in Utah.
What do I do now?
