I purchased a 1980 Mercedes 450 SL 3 weeks ago. The seller stated in ad car runs and looks like newalso told me this in person in front of a witness of mine.
The day after I got it home the radiator went and the exhaust had problems. After I got it back from those items being fix the car frame seemed to be melting away. It seem the body was totally rusting out and the seller put household can foam to fill in the rust holes along with tape and then used paint to cover them up. Do I have any recourse or am I out of alot of money.
Never again will I buy a car from an individual.
