What is the name of your state? WI

i purchased a forcep(for work) via internet. when i received my shipment there was a watch in the package rather then a forcep. i emailed the company and told them what i received. now the company wants me to pay for postage and send it back to them. the company said it will credit my charge card for postage. i texplained to the company that i wanted a prepaid mailer package and then i would send the watch back. the company told me they do not have prepaid mailer packages and they want their watch back and i'll get a credit on my charge card. do i have to mail it back at my expense and can they charge me for a watch i never ordered?

They are making a more than fair offer. Yes, they can charge you for the watch if you do not return it.
