What is the name of your state?
California

I leased some equipment and the contract states that I need to provide a written notification to my leaseing company 30 days prior to exercising my purchase option. No notice was not sent but the lessor decided to credit me for some renewal that were made. An invoice was sent for the discounted amount, but now he is saying that he sent that invoice in error and has to charge me the full amount. Can he just change the amount like that?
