Okay We've been asked to sign a contract that would waiver our rights to an attourney. Is this something I should question here? And if I chose a different route what could I do?

examples:

employment, yes they can
lease on apartment, no they cant

It's from a collection agencey- it's a long story and something I'd probably be better off speaking to a legal professional over.

well they gave you a choice, if you dont like it then you should talk to a lawyer.
