If you have a contract with a company and they are selling sand/gravel off your land and you are to get a percent of the selling price then they show for example a price of $10.25 a ton to you but they are using different company's to sell to one they charge $11.50 a ton then they pay you only the percent on the $10.25 which is a price you get.
