What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? My state is North Carolina. I purchased lifetime rights to a rv and camping property. They charge a monthly maintenance fee. We have not used the property in 10 years because of the condition of the property. Is there any way that we can get out of this contract because we will not be going back to the property.
