What is the name of your state? Utah
We bought a new refrigerator on June 23,2004. On Oct 29 we found the temperature to be 60 degrees. They were unable to have it fixed till nov 9 when they replaced the fan motor. Two days later the wood floor infront of the refrigerator start to warp from water thatwas coming from under the refrigerator. A different fan in the back of the refrigerator was jammed and was working. Still waiting for the part for this. Then Nov 20 we found the temp to be 55 degrees. Then Nov 21 we found the freezer to be -16 degrees. Had the repairman come Nov 22 and he said he thought it was a switch on the freezer that was doing this time. I called the LG Electronics company they said that they would not replace it untill it had been repaired 3 times. What could I do to help get it replaced.

For starters, you should contact the local better business bureau and see what they can do for you.

If that doesn't work, send it to Belizebreeze.
