Refund On Destroyed Property Done By The Company

What is the name of your state? WASHINGTON I HAD BOUGHT A DIAMOND WEDDING RING FROM KAY JEWELERS APPROX 3 YRS AGO, AND HAVE KEPT ALL SERVICE CONTRACTS UPDATED EVERY 6 MONTHS AS REQUIRED. I HAD TAKEN THE RING IN FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY. IT WOULD BE SENT BACK TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE FOR THE REPAIR FOR A MONTH'S TIME. IT CAME BACK EXACTLY 4 WKS LATER LOOKING AWFUL AND DID NOT MATCH THE STONES UP CORRECTLY AS TO THE DIAMOND APPRAISAL THAT WAS ENCLOSED. BACK IT WENT FOR ANOTHER MONTH. CAME BACK AGAIN, SAME PROBLEM EXCEPT THIS TIME THE JEWELER HAD DONE AN UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO DO SO. BACK IT WENT AGAIN. THIS TIME I GET A CALL FROM CORPORATE OFFICE TELLING ME EXACTLY "THE RING HAS BEEN DESTROYED SINCE IT HAS BEEN WORKED ON SO MANY TIMES. THE RING IS BASICALLY JUNK MA'AM." THEY OFFERED ME STORE EXCHANGE AND I DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY, LET ALONE SHOULD I REWARD THEM TO KEEP MY MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKES? I ASKED FOR A REFUND, AND WAS TOLD NO. I ASKED WHY AND THE REP SAID THE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS NOT "INTERESTED TO REFUND THE RING" AND WOULD BE MY ONLY OPTION TO TRADE THE RING IN FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE, OR EXCHANGE FOR THE EXACT SAME RING. I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS AND THE RING LOOKS AWFUL FROM BEING SCORCHED AND PITTED IN THE GOLD MATERIALS. WHAT CAN I DO?

Typing in caps is considered rude. If you want an answer, please type in lowercase letters.

If People Are That Picky About How Others Type, Don't Bother Posting A Response. That Is Considered Rude Going Out Of Your Way To "force" Someone To Do What You Prefer. It Is A General Opinion, Not A Law About How Someone Types. What If I Didn't Like The Way You Type? Thank You And I Do Hope You Will Still Have A Lovely Day.
