What is the name of your state? CA

I sent a demand letter to a company via regular mail with a tracking label. Online tracking confirms the letter has been delivered. It's been a month now and they haven't responded. Will a print-out of the delivery confirmation from USPS be valid evidence in court ? Should I just send a new demand letter via certified mail RRR?

I would recommend Certified RRR first, then you have a signature as proof that it was in fact delivered to the correct address and who recieved it.
