I had a contractor come in and put a walkway on my property
When he finished, he promised to return the next day to clean up and remove his eqipment.

He never returned and after 2 weeks of calls, he still has not answered me.

My question is, He left a large flatbed trailer on the edge of my drivway (used to bring the birk in) and a wheelbarrow and some other tools. Do I have the right to
hire someone to come in and remove the equipment?

The equipment is not only an eye sore, but makes it hard to
get into and out of the gararge and is a safety hazzared

Thanks,

John
