In October of last year I returned a hard drive to the retailer, and was sent a replacement unit when it had been tested and found faulty.

Today I received a unit direct from the manufacturer, having been found faulty and apparently repaired.

So now I have two units, however this is not my fault...

My response:

Hey, that's a great story!

But, I'll tell you what. If you won't tell, I won't tell either.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't intend to tell.

Although I did wonder if they were legally allowed to say, just contact me and demand it back?
