What is the name of your state? Florida

Can a person that has a clear title in their name have a car repossessed for a default in payments?
What could a person do to prevent this from happening to them?

Can you plz give more information. If a person had clear title, it would mean there was no lein on the vehicle. Just because someone has an older title, doesn't mean there hasn't been a newer issued with a lein holder.
