What is the name of your state? california my fiance purchased a motorhome from a friend and asked the same friend he bought the motorhome from if he could store the motorhome in their yard for a week while he went to visit his mom . friend agreed but when he returned to get the motorhome all of his personal belongings inside the motorhome were gone and the woman refused to return the motorhome to him.she refuses to talk to him.he has gone to her home with the police to retrieve his motorhome but she makes herself unavailable.he cannot go on her private property and neither can the police because she wont answer the door. she has a van parked in the front of the motorhome to prevent him from taking it whan she is not home.the police say its a civil suit they dont want to get involved.it is registered in his name, and he is basically living in the motorhome temporarily.what procedure must he take to get his motorhome back as soon as possible?

Simply, if she won't voluntarily return the property, he will have to take her to court.
