What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
Is there a NYS law that allows consumers a 48-hour window in which to decide against a retail purchase? I purchased something yesterday that I really don't feel is worth what I agreed to pay through an approved 3rd-party installment plan. The store says it does not allow returns except for store credit, less a 20% store-loss fee.
