in florida i purchased an extended warranty w/used vehicle, which came with none, only to find out six months later (after taking it to a dealer for repairs) that the modifications on the vehicle (body lift, oversized tires, aftermarket alarm) in essence, voided the warranty. i bought the vehicle in that condition. the dealer offered a full refund(warranty), but i would'nt have bought it w/o a warranty. can i return it?
