What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SC

I feel I was pressured into a chiropractic services contract. I was in pain and was told as long as I signed that we could began treatment. They put the entire balance of $1345 on my CareCredit card even though I had received only one adjustment.

I then called them Sun. night (initial appointment was on a Fri.)and left a voicemail message telling them I am exercising my right of rescission. I also called CareCredit on Mon. I have not heard back from them. Does right of rescission apply? If not what are my other options?
