Ripped off by car repair

What is the name of your state? Florida I had a new clutch put in by Bens Precicion Automotive last Nov. on a Kio Rio. On his receipts in black and white it says all parts warrantied for 1 full year and labor for 90 days. I had the car towed to him last week and now he's saying that because Kia won't cover the parts he is not going to honor his own warranty . What can I do?

My response:

Let a judge decide the issue. Sue him, and his repair shop, in Small Claims court.
