What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I had a roof put on appox: 5 years ago. (I have all documentation)
It leaked, and after several attempts by the contractor to fix it, they didn't get it stopped and quit responding to my requests to get it fixed.

I took them to small claims court where they settled in mediation.
Paid me what I wanted and fixed everything.
Fast forward 5 years and they still have gone out there once or twice a year for leaks. Now, it's still leaking, mold in the home and they are not responding again. Large company, several locations, all above board.

I feel if I take them to small claims court again, I will win.
However, I'm not sure the cap on small claims of $5000.00 will be enough to satisfy everything.

I'm wondering what my choices are?
