I bought a car from a dealership two weeks ago and just received the title in. After looking over the title I saw that it was a salvaged title due to a wreck and considered total loss. This was never disclosed to me either verbally or in any of my paperwork. Ive double checked everything just to make sure it wasnt hidden anywhere in the paperwork. Is there anything I can do? Dont they have to disclose a salvage title. Im unsure of the laws regarding it in oklahoma.
