What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Am lending $100K to my married daughter for her to buy condo in San Jose.
She is putting in 50K for this $400K property. She and her husband will be living in this condo.
This condo will be in her name. Her husband's name will not be in the ownership of property nor will he be in the mortgage.

Can you please tell me how to get a simple loan contract? Thank you.

No such thing for a loan to a married couple in a community property state where the money is probably coming from community funds for a house they will both live in and pay for. (Let alone the probable tax issues.)
