i have a pony which i took an £100 depoist for 8 months ago (lenght of time ago due to purcahser looking for land). I have now decided not to proceed with the sell but the purchaser says i cant change my mind because a depoist was taken and i gave her a reciept for the depoist. Is this true, where would i stand legally? (UK)
