What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
well as incredible as it seems i took my computer for service and i had lots of personal pictures, i didint retrieve them cause it broke, and i took it for repair, several times for a period of seven months, and every time it had new pictures. and the only ppl that had acces to them was the repair shop and my photographer, but my photographer does not have my dauthers in law cell number an she started getting messges from yahoo saying that they had my pictures topless all printed out for the las five months, my photographer only had access to the ones he took at the end of june and the thing is tha she works at the store where the repair center is. I think that my privacy rights have been violated by some employees of this corporations, they dont have work ethic. what can i do? there is a lot more information about my case. and i need to talk to a laywer.

WHAT IS THE NAME OF YOUR STATE GRANDMA 38? why would you ignore the only question the forum ask's you, it is not "optional"

Are you saying you had topless pictures on the computer and the tech's stole them and distributed them?

what was that one movie, the senior citizen ladies posing nude for a calander?
That was Calendar Girls, a really cool Brit film.

As far as OP's problem, yes, techs look at pictures on PCs/laptops that are brought in for repair. That's how we found the former Guv's son liked to surf for porn, the guy running for School Board liked 80YO women porn and the doctor had a foot/leg fetish.

Hey,Grandma doesn't always mean old! :D
She could be a "trophy wife", younger than those grandchildren!
(and my Mother was 'Gramma' at 39...she never forgave my sister for not holding out on childbirth for another 3 days :p )

So was your DIL's yahoo address on your computer too ?

Did DIL save the messages ?

Did you asked for all your printed pictures with a smile ?

No my DIL'S yahoo adress wasnt in my computer she got them on her cells number, she save them and fowarded them to me, and it seems te be mad at her, why at her if its me in the pictures? I didint ask for them cause that person is hiding his identity under a yahoo fake name.

so go back to the repair ship, with your daughter's cell phone in hand, talk to the supervisor, find out who was the one responsible (there is a work ticket, with an employee name), inform the boss of what the nit wit did.
