What is the name of your state? Georgia

I was signing my son up for karate lessons and in the process signed my husband's name for him on the contract (he didn't know at the time, but typically has no problem with me signing his name because he trusts my judgement). We are now about to take the karate company to court between of a completely different issue with the contract (fraud). Saying that I was asked to sign my husband's name will help our case. If I tell the judge that I signed for him can I get in trouble for that? Or is the only way to get in trouble if my husband files a complaint against me (wouldn't happen)? Thank you in advance!
