hello, i have a contract signed by a buyer for a property i own (just land). he is trying to get out of the contract saying his wife has a moral dilema with building on the ground because there is a slight possibility there could be an old (old meaning before records were kept) family cemetary on part of the property. her name does not appear on the contract anywhere. is this a valid excuse to terminate the contract??? also, if it is not written in the contract anywhere; does he have a certian amount of time to change his mind after signing???
