What is the name of your state? NJ

I recently checked out canadameds.com to see how much cheaper it would be to get my prescription from Canada, it is definitely economical but they require an online signature to give them power of attorney.

It appears to be limited in scope. The web site is canadameds.com the direct link to the power of attorney form is https://ssl.securesites.com/s14233/disclaimer.htm. Is this something to worry about consenting to or is it a requirement that they truly need fulfilled. If you can give me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
PS below is the answer I received from the website:

Dear Bryon,

Thank you for your email. We do require the Power of Attorney form for you
to receive medications from our company. It allows us to legally ship the
prescription medications to yourself. We cannot ship out the medications
unless you agree to the Power of Attorney form.
