We are in Canada. We bought some goods from a company in Kansas. After two months of calling back and forth, we have about 80% of the system and they did not send us the exact system we were purchasing. Now they don't want to accept their product back. We threatened them to pass the word out on the www and send the report to their competitor. Is it legal to do so ??

Thanks

You open yourself to libel and slander charges. Their competitor couldn't care less about your problem. How high up in the company have you gone with your problem? Talk to someone that can actually do something. There are already thousands of purchasing sob stories on the net already, yours will just be another one. Do whatever is necessary to correct your problem, being a whiny butt on the internet won't get you anything.

This company has just a few people. We were talking to the owner directly and he's not doing anything.

Bad Company

The one thing you can do without taking a chance on a "Lible suit" is to remind people to check the BBB website. If a company has any negative feedback, don't do business with them!

You can also create a website detailing your experiences with them and allow people to draw their own conclusions.

Just make sure you TELL THE TRUTH. Don't let your anger toward the company cause you to embellish.
