What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ILLINOS
My car claim was denied back on Dec 2007, my car was stolen and burn back in July of 2007. I was wondering if there is a Statue of Limitation on this and if so how long? I want to sue my Insurance company for them denying my claim can someone please help me.
