I have been trying to pay off a store credit card that I got behind on. the interest and penilties are so high it just keeps goingup.i have tried talking to them and they are no help.2 mths ago a girl told me to write a "hardship" letter and they would knock off all those fees. Well I have sent 2 different ones and still getting no where.I can not keep paying because of money problems.is there sometihng I can do to get them to knock off fees? I havepaid what I charged originally over several times.
