I live in New York State.
My son began a college career on August 28. Today I received a call that
they were expelling him on the basis of a misconduct which occurred over a beer and a dorm monitor. They were not open to appeal. He has incurred
about six thousand dollars tuition which they say he is completely libel.
Today is October 1, 2001. As far as I know his academics were on track.
What can I do? Is he libel for the entire semester?
