arizona: I am in court with my former landlord trying to get my deposit money back. he gave me his disclosure in the pre-trial yesterday and in there he had a copy of the lease and he changed the date on it. i have a copy before he tampered with it
what do you think?

i was kinda wanting to know how illegal that is and where to find info on it. i would like to do as much research on it as possible. that is what i was trying to get at when i said what do you think

would this be fraud in insolvency; classification

actually i just found it ars 13-2002 forgery, classification
they say it is a class 4 felony
