Tanning scam

What is the name of your state? Florida

While away at college I got a coupon for a free tanning session, while at he salon a salesman tried to talk my friend and I into a year contract. We said no, we would not be in that city for a year with breaks etc. He sold us a college intro membership for 3 months at 19.99, came to 21.40 with tax per month taken directly out of my bank account. This was Nov. 04, I ended up transferring to a school closer to home and moved. (my 3 month membership was up in Jan. 05) I realized that they were still taking out the fee. To make a long story short, I finally got in touch with a manager, told him the problem he asked who the salesman was, didn't have a name but described him, he knew who he was, aplogized, said he no longer works here, etc. This person will call you to credit your account. When I spoke with account manager they basically said tough luck, he shouldn't have told you it was for 3 months when it was for 12, if you want to end the membership we will charge you an extra $50. Wouldn't give me the name of the owner, wouldn't take my number for the manager to call me. I was told by the bank that the only way I could stop the automatic withdrawal monthly is to get the company to stop. They have overdrawn my account, I put money it to close it out, they just withdrew another $36.40. How do I stop them and how do I get my money back? Isn't this fraud?
