How do I sue a telemarketing company that keeps calling my house through an automated system telling me to call them back. It is a credit card company that I owe mony. I told them that as soon as I got the money that I am going to file for BK and to stop calling but they still do. I am sick and tired of it.

The phone calls are not from a telemarketer and law regulating telemarketers does not apply. You owe them money, they can call you daily if they want till you file for bankruptcy.
