What is the name of your state? Illinois

I will be inheriting a large amount of money, and my lawyer who has been working for my family for over 20 years drew up a Irrevocable Trust for me. He said I had 90 days to terminate this trust.

When after 30 day I finally received a copy of the trust and fully read the terms I decided I did not want this trust. But I found on the last page of this trust agreement a typed date of Dec.20, 2002, when in fact I signed this agreement Aug. 2003. Also there is notory seal and a typed statement saying she wittnessed this agreement, I have never saw this person, and she never signed or dated her seal

Nowhere is there a written date on this agreement, and I am still within my 90 days to terminate. Will I be able to terminate?

Thank You!
