When should I terminate my contract? Would that be a breach of a contract?
I have an empolyment contract for 3 years. However, I am interested in working only 2 years. I started working on 7/2/02 and I want to quit this job on 6/30/04 because I have another job lined up to start on 7/1/04. The contract states ///"the term of this agreement shall commence on 7/1/2002 and shall end on 6/30/2005. This agreement shall be automaticlly renewed for one-year period on January 1st of each and the next succeeding year unless terminated as hereinafter provided"// and under Voluntary termination it states//" This agreement may be terminated by either party hereto upon one hundred twenty days written notice"//
