Georgia. What does a commerical general liability policy taken out for me (not the pesticide operator) cover when my house is totally destroyed by termites?Policy Coverage is over 1 million dollars. He has admitted liability and has been declared legally liable. How can I be made whole? Since you nor I can buy termite insurance for ourselves I would hope that the government made some provisions for the public to be put back like I was before the damage. It doesn't seem that this should be so hard. Thank you.
