Terms and Conditions viewable after payment.

What is the name of your state? Maryland.

I bought Royal Caribbean tickets through Southwest.com. During the purchasing process, when the time comes to view the terms and conditions, they say this at the bottom:

"While this is not a complete description - a full plan description detailing the terms, conditions and exclusions will be sent to you"

What is sent to you describes that if you try to cancel your cruise in less than sixty days to depart, they keep half of the money.

I want to cancel because southwest.com has the wrong itinerary for the ship and has had the wrong one up for over two months. Also, I bought the tickets with less than one month before the departure date in the first place.

I got an e-mail that said, we're not going where you want and you can't cancel because of the terms and conditions that you didn't get to see before purcahse.

Is this fair?

The trip total was 848.22.

424.11 is quite bit of money for me.

Will it cost you more than $424.11 to travel to wherever southwest.com is located and sue them there?

I had something similar happen with an auto insurance policy. If you call customer service and get a manager on the phone, they'll probably refund your money if you're polite, but firm about the consequences of no refund.
