Ticket Reseller Confirms, then Denies Tickets.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Purchased tickets to a concert. Ticket reseller Razorgator confirms sale for seating location, then a week later cancels saying the seats do not exist. I contact the venue, they say they do exist (location of seats). Razorgator then says, they will "look" for replacement seats.

Their "guarantee" states seats are guaranteed to be the seats I order or better. Now they are trying to give me seats that are in NO way better, they are much worse by far. Market value has increased and they are trying to give me seats that are in their price range. Do I have any legal recourse to force the issue of seats that are comparable to the original ones purchased?

How do they define "Better"?
How do you define "Comparable"?

The objective determination would be based on the face value of the tickets. If the tickets they are offering have the same or higher face value, you won't likely have any legal recourse.

I define "better" as seats that are closer to the stage than original tickets.
I define "comparable" as seats that are the same distance and view as original tickets, but may be in different section.

The original tickets I bought were the highest price "face value" tickets. I paid about 3X face value for these seats. These were the best seats in the house, front row at stage.
