Hi,
I live in California and recently purchased tickets to a concert through the band's merchandise website. I received a confirmation email that stated I had bought the tickets and that they would be mailed to me. Today, I received an email stating that they were cancelling my order and refunding my money because I had put up a pair of tickets on Ebay to sell.
Do they have any right to do this? Nowhere on the website (http://www.waste.uk.com) is any disclaimer WHATSOEVER that says I cannot resell the tickets. There is also no disclaimer that says they have the right to refuse or cancel anyone's order.
What can I do to receive my tickets?
