Indiana-

I sold a piano last year in October 2000. I sold the piano for $70.00, I took a deposit of $60.00 for it. I had the person sign a paper saying that she bought the piano for $70.00 with a $60.00 deposit and that she still owed $10.00. She came to get the piano once and could not get it. We haven't heard from her since and we do not have her phone number. My question is how long must I keep this piano before I can consider it mine again? What is the proper channel as far as getting rid of it. I do not want this in my house anymore.

Thank you
